- What are the delivery charges?

If the order value is less than Rs 500, there may be a Rs 40 delivery fee per item for some of the mentioned products. While deliveries are free for orders of Rs 500 or more.
- Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
Based on the timelines displayed on the product page, it is conceivable that the Seller or one of our courier partners will be closed between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this instance, the anticipated date is increased by one day. The delivery dates account for the fact that some courier partners and Sellers are closed on Sundays.
- What is the estimated delivery time?
The items are typically purchased and shipped by the sellers within the time frame mentioned on the product page. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered business days.

- Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
The availability of COD is reliant on our courier partner's capacity to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery at your location.
Your order value may have surpassed this restriction since our courier partners have caps on the cash amount that must be paid at delivery depending on the destination. On the product page, please input your pin code to see if COD is offered where you are.
- I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Refunds are simple - Contact us to initiate a return. Once you have requested a return, you will receive a call outlining the process.
We will help with the pick-up of the item whenever possible. You can send the item back through a third-party courier service if a pick-up cannot be arranged through us. Return fees are borne by the Seller.
- I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email. What should I do?
If the product was not delivered despite receiving a delivery confirmation email or SMS, let the seller know within 7 days of that date, for the seller to investigate.
